- This research is entitled “Eradication Efforts Effectiveness of Law Persons Trafficking Criminal Offense in Bengkulu City as a form of Legal Protection to Woman Gender-Based”. The chosen theme is based on consideration to assess the implementation of The Act No 21 of 2007 that directed to the eradication efforts of Law Persons trafficking Criminal Offense. The problems in this research are firstly, what efforts that have been done in Bengkulu city in order to eradicate persons trafficking criminal offense? Secondly, what are the constraints in order to eradicate persons trafficking criminal offense in Bengkulu city? And thirdly, what recommends that can be given in order to overcome the constraints to eradicate persons trafficking criminal offense in Bengkulu city so that there will a legal protection to woman gender-based.
