- The objective of this research was 1) to describe the achievement of Desa Siaga program implementation at the North Bengkulu, based on success indiccators, 2) for knowing supporting and resistor factors for the success of the Desa Siaga program. Data collection method is done by distributing questionaires, and Focus Group Discussions toward implementation Desa Siaga Program. The results suggest the implementation of the Desa Siaga program in North Bengkulu has been running with the condition of 15% Desa Siaga ranked with Mandiri, 20% Desa Siaga ranked with Purnama, 40% Desa Siaga ranked with Madya, and 25% Desa Siaga ranked with Pratama. Resistor factors was: the low level of public economics, human resource capability Desa Siaga officer is low, the program r of health facilities and bad supporting the health infrastructure such as of damaged road conditions and the unavailability of sources of funds beside the self-financing activities from the community. The supporting factors for driving success include: the high level of community participation, community forums regularly held meetings, and the benefits program perceived by the community
