- Management of basic education becomes the crucial case, in addition to a very large number of schools, location is also far into the corners, away from the central government. Elementary school far from the center of government and is usually in the border region is often called the suburban elementary schools. However, the implementation of the management of primary schools until today has not effectively and efficiently. This is due to the unavailability of data management systems are adequate primary school education, i.e. data management system of primary school within an integrated system, accurate and interactive. Geographic information systems (GIS) with spatial databases have the ability to manage data both spatially (spatial) and the data in the form of attributes and supported to carry out analyzes of the data and a large lot that is able to display the output in the form of a clear and interesting. Results obtained for the system design and analysis of spatial information accurately and quickly which involves many parameters supporting data in the management of education as a basic policy decision making in the management of basic education for stakeholders.
