- This research aims fo fesf the effects of user-related factors to qualig of information system ::,elopment result. Researcher analyze six factors of user- related such as; user's participaiion as ':ependent variable, and user-developefs communication, user's influence, user's confiict, user's 'a ilng and education, userb expertise as moderating variables. The samptes of thrs research are i: accademic sfaffs of facufty in Bengkulu University that use information sysfem, S;AKAD. The data ,:'e analyzed by using Moderating Regression Anatysis.
