- The objective of this research is to know the correlation between leader behaviour to employee ability at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kaur. This research used birrariat correlation product moment analysis. The variable in this research are leader bahaviour as the independent variable, and employee ability as the dependent variable. The result of this resbarch there was positive correlation betwegn leader behaviour to employee ability at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kaur. This Analysis used the SPSS program.The impilcation of this research to increasing leader beharriour leader behaviour can delegate authority to employees. To increasing ability can give opportunity to erpployee make idea to get solution to solve their job problems.
