- A Research has been done about determination of subsurface structure by using seismic refraction method in Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa, Centre of Bengkulu. Field data aquisition is done by using seismometer PASI Mod. 1624-P by using 24 geophones. with lines length of 50 meters and distance between geophones 2 meters. The processing data is done by using WinSim 12 software and Microsoft Office Exel. The processing methods by using Hagiwara methods. That result of processing data was obtained wave velocity P on the first layer about 290 m/s - 352 m/s, the second layer about 1642 m/s - 2020 m/s, and the depth of the boundary on the first layer range obout 1.21 meter- 4.66 meters. Based on the velocity it’s Interpreted that the first layer was soil that’s cover layer, while the second layer was sand and gravel.
