- This study aims to determine the effect of Commitment of Organization and Managerial Roles Financial Management Managerial performance against regional work units. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to three and four-echelon officials in Bengkulu area work unit. Questionnaire distributed to 125 respondents but only 72 questionnaires that can be analyzed/processed.Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS.This study consists of independent and dependent variables. Independent variables in this study is the commitment of the organization and financial management while the dependent variable in this study is the managerial performance. The results provide evidence that organizational commitment have a significant effect on managerial performance and the Role of Local Financial Management Managerial no significant effect on managerial performance.
