- The new paradigm of the forestry sector have viewed forest as multifunctional, well functioning economic, ecological and social. In addition to multifunction, forest resources are also multi-commodity goods and services. As for commodity goods are tangible benefits directly in the form of timber and non-timber forest products. Meanwhile, commodity services are the perceived benefits indirectly in the form of forest environmental services suchas recreation, hot water baths.
