- ABSTRACT Selupu Rejang subdistrict, Rejang Lebong Regency is one of those places that is suitable for cultivating strawberries. The purpose of research was to determine the factors associated with strawberry farmer motivation levels, to find out income from farming and the contribution to income strawberry farmer's family. The conclusion of this research explained the factors who related to the motivation level of strawberries farmers is the age, land area, number of family, and the strawberries farmers perception. If the farmers perception against strawberry farmine increasing so will also increasing the motivation of farmers about strawberry farming. The average income of strawberry farming is amounting to Rp 1.742.875,-/mounth of farm. Strawberry farming incomes have given benefits for his family, especially in meeting the needs of everyday life. The magnitude of the contribution of farming income strawberry strawberry farming against family income stood at 55.39% farmers and included in the classification.
