- This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the program of community direct loan in 2006, particularly the selection of grantee’s groups. The study was conducted by using a descriptive-qualitative method. The aspects studied were the aspects of planning, institutional empowering and group investment development. The result of the study indicates that the selection of the grantee’s groups of the program had been carried out in accordance to the guideline set up and the farmers’ group was involved in was the farmers’ group of Paye Indah with the score of 87.96%.
