- This paper examines the influence of capital structure, ownership structure and firm performance on firm value. Firm value is the important things for the firms, it’s because the higher value of the firm will be higher shareholder wealth. Sample in this research is manufacturing sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2008-2010. They are 47 companies sample using by purposive sampling method. The research data was analyzed using multiple regression approach. The result of this research show capital structure, ownership structure and firm performance a negative not significant effect to firm value.
