- The aims of this research are to know: (1) the influence of composition board commissioners on firm performance (2) the influence of board structure on firm performance. This research uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2010 and 2011. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and data analysis model used was simple regression analysis. Results from this study indicate that board commisioners had positive and significant effect on firm performance, while board independens had positive and significant effect on firm performance. Institutional Ownership significant positive effect on corporate performance is proxied by ROE and MTB, while ROA negatively. Managerial ownership on corporate performance significant negatif effect on corporate performance
