- The objective of this research are to identify the employee profile of small and medium enterpeises and to analyze the diference factors between small and medium enterprises in Kota Bengkulu. The data used is primary data by quistionnaire distributing of 80 respondents. The tool analyze are descriptive discriminant analysis.Variables analyzed are education level, education major, computer skill, english skill, oral communication skill and written communication skill. The result show that employee of small enterprises are different significantly from employee of medium enterprises. The most discriminates between employee of small enterprises and medium enterprises is variable of computer skill. The computer skill’s employees of medium enterprises is better than the employee’s of small enterprises.
