- This research was aimed to describe the partisipative leadership of PT. Media Bengkulu Ekspress. Three elements that would be described were communicated, willingness of the leader of PT. Media Bengkulu Ekspress in giving instruction to employees, and delegating assignment. This research was descriptive qualitative and used interview and quisionnaire as instruments in collecting the data. The sample in this research was the whole staff and the head of PT. Media Bengkulu Ekspress. For interview data was analized by data reduction, data display and the conclusions, while the quisionnaire one was analized by the average method such as scale. Based on the data analysis, the is result showed that partisipative leadership working well at PT. Media Bengkulu Ekspress.
