- This study analyzed the comparative financial performance using financial ratios namely liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio as well as analyzed the level of financial risk using a Z-Score model on the Bank Muamalat Indonesian, Sharia Mandiri Bank and Sharia Mega Bank. The sampling method was using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with certain criteria in Islamic banking industry. Observation period was 2009- 2010. The variables in this study, namely: CAR, NPF, ROE, FDR and the WCTA, RETA, EBITTA, and NWTL. In general, this study shows that the financial performance and the level of financial risk at Sharia Mandiri Bank is relatively better when compared with the Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Mega Syariah.
