  • The purpose of this research is to know about society perception toward service quality of land certificate service at Badan Pertanahan of Bengkulu City. Primary data were taken by questioner and secondary data taken from the information report, reference at Badan Pertanahan of Bengkulu City. Populations in this research are all customers (society)whichaccess of land certificate service at Badan Pertanahan of Bengkulu City. Sample was used are 50 respondents.Data analyses used is descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis obtained are: (1) the reliability dimension of land certificate service has a good perception; (2) the responsiveness dimension of land certificate service has a good perception; (3) the assurance dimension of land certificate service has a good perception; (4) the empathy dimension of land certificate service has a good perception; and (5) the tangible dimension of land certificate service has a good perception.
