- Ownership structure are configuration of insider and outsider ownership, even the owned of ownership by individual or institution. And the research purposed to observe the influence of insider ownership on firm performance. The insider ownership of this research used to the management, board of directors, and board of commissioners. Some of reseacher find a non-linear relationship between insider ownership and firm performance. Therefore it this research will try to prove the relationship between insider and corporate performance. This research used theempirical examination is using multi linier regression, descriptive statistic test and hypothesis test at level significance 2,5%. This research also used classical theory of statistical which are normality test, multicolinierity test, heteroskesdasticity test, and autocorrelation test. And this research found that insider ownership has non-linear relationship on firm performance with negatif influence.
