  • This research have purpose to test influence of work stress, work discipline and motivation to employee performance government financial of Bengkulu City. The sampel in this research is employees that government of Bengkulu preparation of financial report. The total number of sampel are 72 peoples. The data in this research use primary data which getten by propagating questioner to responder. From questioner are propagated, 42 questioner can be analysed. While, the statistical data analysis used here is the MRA which used the SPSS version 16 program. The result of research namely, the first work stress didn’t have impact to employee performance. Kedua, work discipline have positive effect and significant to employee performance. The mean is existence of high discipline from employee, so will generate the increase of performance. The third, motivation have positive effect and significant to employee performance. The mean is existence of high motivation to employee, so will generate the increase of performance.
