  • This study aims to determine the effect of organizational cultural and strategic planning to performance SKPD Bengkulu City Government. Population used in this study are all SKPD Bengkulu City. The research data was a questionnaire given to the echelon II and echelon III were chosen as respondents in this study is the Head of Department, Secretary, and Head of the positions meet the criteria had at least one year. The analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. This study consists of independent and dependent variables. Independent variables in this study isorganizational culture, and strategic planning while the dependent variable in this study is the performance SKPD Bengkulu City. The results provide evidence that the organizational culture and strategic planning SKPD significant effect on the performance of city of Bengkulu.
