- This study aimed to identify the pattern of economic growth and to identify disparities between sub-districts in Mukomuko district. The method of analysis used is descriptive research using data Secondary Five (5) years starting from the year 2007-2011. Sources of data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) Mukomuko district. To identify and analyze the pattern of economic growth Typology Klassen and formulas used to determine and analyze the inter- district disparity index formula used Williamson. Results Quotients Klassen known that sub-districts Malin Deman, Pondok Suguh, Kota Mukomuko, V Koto, Air Dikit, Lubuk Pinang, Teramang Jaya is an area that has a high growth and high per capita income, the area is growing rapidly and the region is well developed growth economic and income levels. sub-district Teras Terunjam is an area that shifted toward the better, which is relatively remote from the area leading to the rapidly growing area. sub-district Ipuh, Sungai Rumbai, Air Manjunto, XIV Koto, Penarik, Selagan Raya, an area that is relatively low. With analytical approach Williamson Index found that the level of GDP per capita disparities between sub-districts in Mukomuko is from 0.1884 to 0.1963.
