- Public Policy for Procurement of Goods / Services aims to synergize the provision of goods / services with other sectoral policies. One of the policies that should help the government to achieve a Good Governance and Clean Government in the procurement of goods and services is to build the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE). Introduction LPSE aims to establish a single market, the procurement market in Indonesia. The purpose of the single market is to reduce corrupt practices in the procurement of goods and services by the government. To analyze the success rate of this program in achieving Good Governance and Clean Government writers use to spread Linkert analysis questionnaires to users and providers. So it can determine the success rate of SPSE system for users and providers. Although there are still gaps in the dimensions between users and providers, SPSE system as a whole in an effort to achieve a Good Governance and Clean Government in public procurement services LPSE Bengkulu province can be said either.
