- The objective of this study is to determine the level of public satisfaction with the services at the health centers and improving services in health centers. The method used in this study using qualitative analysis that describes the real situation occurs in the sample were observed with the star to the conception of the understanding of the relevant theory. The results showed that the quality of care at health centers was good Bengkulu Selatan District (B) or satisfactory, the weak point on the 4 indicators, namely : (1) Discipline care workers, (2) certainty of cost of services, (3) assurance service schedules, (4) comport environment. Judging from their respective centers of research objectives, the quality of care for health center clinic Kayu Kunyit as clean and perform slightly better district categorized rate either (B) or satisfying than Seginim health center with poorly categorized assessment (C) or less satisfactory.
