- The objective of this research is to analyze the infrastructure spending and economic growth, as well as to observe the influence of infrastructure spending to economic growth of Mukomuko Regency during the year 2007-2011. The data used was secondary data that were obtained from Central Board of Statistic, Finance Department of Mukomuko Regency Secretariate, and Treasury Services Office. The analysis method used was qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis (econometrics analysis). The result show that infrastructure spending has a significant effect to economic growth in Mukomuko Regency. Correlation values of the variables infrastructure spending and economic growth is 0,980. While the coefficient value of infrastructure spending to economic growth is 0,00003284. It provides recommendations for Mukomuko Government to evaluate and improve policy development, especially in the allocation of funds for infrastructure development.
