- The purpose of this study is to determine the influence Labor and Capital Stock to economic growth areas in Bengkulu In studying the effect of Labor and Capital Stock analysis performed in conjunction with other relevant variables, this is GDP, Labor and Capital Stock This research used theory of regional economic growth Solow-swan which was based on the Cobb Douglas production function with consideration of its ability to show the relationship between the production and the balance of the combination of factors used. The data used is the GDP data at current prices constant, the workforce and Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF), published by BPS Bengkulu. Regression analysis is used OLS with the help of software Eviews 3.0 Research results show that the variable labor and capital and significant positive effect on economic growth of 5% α region Ultimately the role of local government through policies issued to stimulate increased uptake of variable labor force and capital goods is expected to increase regional economic activity in order to achieve economic growth and the per capita income.
