- This research is aimed to know the benefit of using cost decition method and the level of water distribution to ward consumer’s Statisfaction in PDAM Seluma. This research was using of primary and secondary data analyze primary data analyze is explaining the interview report observation and qustionaire the secondary data analiyze is analyzing the tables of researches result with description analyze. The result showed that when making cost decition of service PDAM Seluma using the increasing of cost based the cost interval whereas the water distribution is distribute unwel yet due to geographics condition and the sourse of fund from government to spread the setting of distribution installation is not become a government major priority.
