- The purpose of this study is to find out the compatibility between the recruitment and placement of the employees with the main task and function produced by job analysis in the Health Department of Bengkulu city. The populations in this study are the Head of the department and all six Heads of field. The writer used the Purposive sampling method for the respondents and questionnaire as the analysis, the officials in the Health Department of the city have already had the main task and function on each part set by the Bengkulu city regulations number 09 year of 2008. However, there are some officers who have not meet the qualifications and the competency standars set by the Government Regulation Number 13 year of 2002 about the Recruitment on the Structural Position, and the Regulations by the Health Minister Number 971 year of 2009 about the Standard Competency of Health Structural Officials.Pursuant to result of reseach, hoppeness 1. Healt Department of Bengkulu City can be propose to follow education training of leader ship, 2. Officer Department Area of Bengkulu City can be place functionary as according to requirement.
