- The purposes of this research were to find out correlation between insentive white work achievement, the role of insentive toward work motivation in mediating the correlation between incentive white work achievement of the employees of PT. F.I.F Branch Bengkulu. The types of the data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The main methods used to collect the data were questionnaire and documentation method. Moreover, the data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the result of the research, it was found that the incentive given to the employees with great work achievement was in the form of money, goods, and others. The incentive was given once a month according to the work achievement, wich was for every unit of engine vechicle sold, the firm would give incentive as many as Rp.100.000/unit, and a reward in the form of goods or recreation. The employees’ work Achievements of PT. F.I.F Branch Bengkulu were influenced by incentive program given by the firm, wich caused the improvement of work motivation of the employees. Incentive given a role in the correlation between incentive white achived work achievement. Incentive given by the firm was able to improve work motivation which finaly resuld to the improvement of work achievement.
