  • This research was aimed to analyze the performance of the drive-governmental organizations on UPTD Hall offices of Manpower and Transmigration Of Bengkulu province, and to analyze what factors which affected and supported civil servant’s performance. This research was a descriptive study using qualitative research method The respondents were 31 people consisting of 1 chairman, 15 employees, and 15 people from society. Based on the results of the study in addition interview also conducted indicated to respondents that the performance of civil servants in providing services not fully well. From these results could it can be concluded that the indicators were an indicator of indicators of the research were excellentskors indicator were on 1) Requirements service, 2) Clarity of officer service, 3) Responsible officer service, 4) Fair service.very good indicator were on procedures service,courtesy and friendliness of staff, the reasonableness of the cost of service and comfortable environment.and the good indicator were on security services.
