- The aim of this research is to analyze the influence in collective or separated between the Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Working Environment, On The Motivation Of Civil Servant Of Civil Servant In The Sekretariat DPRD Service At North Bengkulu Regency by using the primary and secondary data source and unit analysis that is the data of the employee In The Sekretariat DPRD that be respondent for this research. So this research use cencus in determining data with using questionaire and interview as method in collecting data The collecting data was processed by using descriptive analysis and double regression linier. Descriptive analysis by using descriptive statistic in the cross table was to get the whole description about the variable in this research, while the model of double regression linier was to know the effect of Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Working Environment, On The Motivation Of Civil Servant Of Civil Servant In The Sekretariat DPRD Service At North Bengkulu Regency. From the result of analysis regression, there was influence that was not only colleetively but also separatedly between the Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Working Environment, On The Motivation Of Civil Servant Of Civil Servant In The Sekretariat DPRD Service At North Bengkulu Regency and significan to the variable motivation with p score < 0,05
