- The objective of this study is to investigate and analyze the performance of family planning field worker (PLKB) in Lebong district. With indicators of quantity of work, quality of work, creativity, knowledge of work, cooperation, initiative, self-reliance autonomy and personal qualities. The data in this study data were collected through interviews and documentation. Respondents in this study consists of the head office of BPM-PP & KB, Head of family planning and family planning office Kasubid BMP-PP & KB and 4 people PLKB that all these respondents have a service life of over 20 years . The analysis method is to use a qualitative descriptive analysis by repeated immersion both in the field and after the data was collected. The results of this research shows that quantity of work, quality of work, creativity, knowledge of work, cooperation, initiative, self- reliance and personal qualities can be proved that the family planning field worker in Lebong district has a good performance.
