- The purpose of this research is to analyze capital structure for finance performance, which consist of CR, ROA, ROE, EPS, PER and stock price. Study sample consisted of eight mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Selected samples provided certain criteria or purpose of sampling. Financial statement data are used for four years, ie from the year 2007-2012. Analytical methods used to analyze the effect of capital structure on the financial performance of the panel data. In panel data, there are several methods: OLS, FEM, and the ECM. The third method used to obtain the best results of the analysis method used after the third, then proceed with analyzing the data sample. The results are best used as a guide the analysis. Processing the data to determine how much influence the capital structure of the mining company's financial performance.
