- The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of conflict (X1), working stress (X2) on the Performance of CV Alisan Catur Mandiri Bengkulu (Y) in the municipality of Bengkulu. The population of This study is Employes of CV Alisan Catur Mandiri Bengkulu. The variables in this study is conflict (X1), working stress (X2) as the independent variable and the Performance of CV Alisan Catur Mandiri Bengkulu (Y) as the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis,hypothesis testing before first tested the classical assumptions. These results show that simultaneously conflict (X1), working stress (X2) affects of Performance of CV Alisan Catur Mandiri Bengkulu (Y). partially direct conflict (X1), working stress (X2) has a negative significant effect on Performance of CV Alisan Catur Mandiri Bengkulu. Thus the manager of CV alisan Catur Mandiri are expected to be useful in formulating policies and strategies that are effective and efficient stimulus for the Performance of CV Alisan Catur Mandiri Bengkulu.
