- The Objective of this research is to Analyse the economic condition of fisherman society after get aid program. This research to describe different reveue of fisherman before and after get the aid program in 2010. This research is descriptive kind, using primer data, the collect of method with observation and interview. The object of analyse with different test analysis two average couple data by Z-test. From the calculation results obtained by Z-calculating 6.63 and Z-table 1.96. Z- calculating > Z tables, this means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, thus it can be stated that there are differences in income before and after getting the help ships and fishing gear, after getting the help ships income greater than the income of the ship before getting help.
