- The purpose of this study was to see the changes and the performance of local government services provided at Bengkulu city after the implementation of the decentralization of public finances. This type of research is a descriptive research and case studies are examined qualitatively. sources of data obtained from the budget financial statements. And than the sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The results of this study was the performance of the services provided by local government each year decreases and no change was for the community service and does not mean is the service provided to the community and the lack of proper use of the budget to support the development of Bengkulu city
