- The purpose of this study was to determine the principal supervision, motivation, and performance of primary school teachers are judged based on the perceptions of teachers. This study is a descriptive type of research is the study of the problems of the current facts of a particular phenomenon. Data types used are the primary data obtained through questionnaires. As support utilized secondary data obtained in the form of data and reporting information, references and documents relating to the issues under study, especially the data about the short history of Bengkulu City Elementary School District 8. Respondents of this study of 30 teachers (as a filler questionnaire). The sampling technique used was the Census. Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis with the aid of a frequency distribution table, averages, and percentages. From the results of field research and data analysis, the results obtained: (1) In general supervision of the principal, motivation, and performance of elementary school teachers are in Bengkulu city 8 either criteria, (2) Supervision of Elementary School principals are in the city of Bengkulu 8 criteria very well with the average value of the perception of 4.50, (3) Motivation of teachers Bengkulu City Elementary School is located on 8 criteria with an average value of 3.60 perception, (4) The performance of primary school teachers are Bengkulu City State 8 the criterion very well with the average value of 4.45 perception.
