- The purpose of this study was to describe the foundation chairman innovations in improving the quality of education at the Junior High islamic School of Integrated Iqra in the management of the curriculum, the provision of facilities and infrastructure, financial management, performance educators and educational as well as the constraints experienced. The method that used in this study, researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were, Chairman of the Foundation, Principal, vice areas of the curriculum, infrastructure and facilities representatives, board of teachers and administrative staff through a series of observations, interviews, and documentation.
