- The objective of the study is to describe in the instructor of volley ball sport in Vacasional School 1 Curup. The method of the research is descriptive qualitative study. Subjects in this study were the principal, vice principal areas of student affairs, vice-principal areas of infrastructure, sports coach and volleyball coach. In this study using survey methods and techniques of data collection using interviews, documentation and observation. Data collected in this study were analyzed with three activities, namely the flow of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of the research show that: The vision and mission of the instructor of volley ball sport, infrastructure, activities, financials, the available of trainer, the evaluation of the instructor volley ball sport, supporting factors and inhibiting factors, and the commitment of the principals toward the instructor of volley ball sport.
