- The objective of the study is to describe the management of early childhood education program at PAUD Scorbia Lubuklinggau City.The method in the study wos descriptive qualitative study. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis process included collecting data, data reduction, data display, verification and drawing conclusion in order to know the the management of early education program at PAUD Scorbia Lubuklinggau City.The results of this research show that the management of early education program at PAUD Scorbia Lubuklinggau City has not been succesful yet. There are still a lot of obstacles to be coped with for the success of the program. The main problems of the management of early childhood education program is the low capacity of human resources involved in the program, most of the tutors are not civil servants and being tutors is not their main job, and the lack of school facilities and poor in school administration.
