- Phytoplankton sampel identification and data analysisi has been done toward water sampel is taken from the waters of the creek intersection aur Bengkulu district center byusing the methods “ purposive random sampling” at 3 different stations based on environmental setting. From the observations indicated 27 species of phytoplankton belong to four classes, are (Bacillariophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae and Euglenophyceae). Based on the type of species of phytoplankton at each station , the higest number found in station 3, 24 species is followed by 13 species of station 1 and station 2 is 10 species. The higest abundance found at station 3 is 9660 ind/l, then at Station 1 are 5850 ind/l and at Station 2 qre 4530 ind/l higest index of diversity is at station 3. 0,91 at station 1 is o,81 and at station 2 is 0,78
