- Antiangiogenesis (inhibition of new blood vessels formation) has become a strategy to inibit cancer development lack of nutrition and oxygen supply. The aim of the present research is to investigate anticancer effects of ‘Andong’ (Cordyline fruticosa [L.] A. Cheval) leaf extract as Antiangiogenesis testing on Chick Embryo Chorioallantois membrane (CAM). ‘Andong’ leaf maceration was performed using 96% ethanol, then concentrated using a rotary evaporator. Eggs was used is SPF that had been aged 7 days. Preparatory stages of this study to research, operations consisting of the extraction process, solvent DMSO preparation, treatments, creating a window in the egg, the conversion of concentration.
