- The main purphose from this research was to knowed about the different and improvement society income in Kecamatan Gading Cempaka before and after urban poverty adressing program (P2KP) started. The methode that used in this research was Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Result of this research to show us about there was the different and improvement between society income in Kecamatan Gading Cempaka before and after Urban Poverty Adressing Program (P2KP) Started. Average income of society before PNPM-P2KP is Rp. 599.500,- for each month, and have improvement after PNPM P2KP started is Rp.823.200 for each month.
