- The purpose that want to reach in this research of the thesis are description effect of the teachers’ thump who have done certificated, and to description how the teachers’ thump saw from pedagogic, professional, social, and behavior competence. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The resultof the research show that, the effect of certification to the teacers’ thump havenot yet change saw from pedagogic, professional and social competence, while saw from the behavior competence have been changed.
