  • The objective of this research is to describe the leadership pattern in implementing education quality at Pondok Pesantren Harsallakum Bengkulu City. Meanwhile the research’s specific objective is to describe vision, mission and goals of leadership pattern employed, leadership’s work programs, implemented leadership’s work programs, and implemented Islamic values in leadership practice as well as supporting and hampering factors in leadership implementation. The research used qualitative-desciptive. The techniques of collecting data are interview, observation, and documentation study. The technique of analyzing data is a qualitative analysis. The research result shows that the leadership patterns in implementing education quality at Pondok Pesantren Harsallakum are open and charismatic by empowering the MTs principal and board of teachers. This effort is done to make them active, creative, and joyful in teaching-learning process, and to implement Islamic values as well as prepare qualified alumni in terms of academic skills, social acceptance and capability of continuing to higher education.
