- The objective of this research is to increase students activities by class management based on student at the first grade (class X) Senior High School 5 Bengkulu city. The method of this research qualitative and process in collecting data inductively. The technique of collecting data are interview, observation and documentation. The Collected Qualitation data were analyzed by creativition and the collected qualitative data were qualitatively analyzed. The scores of the data give any meaning fullness that there was creativity increasing done by students. The result of this research is the implementation of class management model based on students can increase students creativities and students gave positive response. This research suggest the teacher to implement class management model based on students in order to increase student creativities and the principal can facilitate his teachers in the implementation of the model
