- The objective of this research is to describe organization of implementing training on Training Agency of Bengkulu Province especially about organizing committee, supervision, evaluation and service of training. This research is descriptive qualitative methods. The research subject are Director of Training Agency of Bengkulu Province, head division of leaderships Training, trainers and Staff. The reseach used observation in the field, interview, document and data collection. The result in this research show that training implementation have to good track and true regulation, although many handicap in the field.organizing committee, accommodation facilities, moduls, library and trainers must to be improved get optimum level for good training next.
