- The objective of this research is to discribe management of teaching outbound for government officers on Training Agency of Bengkulu Province especially The Grade Fourth of Leadership Training. This research is used descriptive qualitative methode. The research subjects are Heads of Training Agency of Bengkulu Province, DevisionHead of Leadership Training, Supervisor of The Fourth Grade Leadership Training, training instructors, participants or alumnus. The research used observation, in depth interview and documents in colecting data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative methode. The result of this research show that implementation of management of learning outbound for government officer on Training Agency of Bengkulu Province sepecially The Grade Fourt of Leadership Training is already in line with regulation, althouugh monitoring and evaluation activity is not focused on learning management of outbound., but on overall training. Outdoor exploration facilities are not varied enough, they should be owned and managed by Training Agency of Bengkulu Province.
