  • This research aimed to find out the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of the Herbalife product in the city of Bengkulu. The sample for this research was 110 respondents in Bengkulu. The study use multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that customer value has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
