- Organizational Commitment is a partial mediator between transformational leadership and job performance. The leader implemented transformational leadership style can improve organizational commitment and job performance of nurse. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at the Regional Hospital Dr. M. Yunus of Bengkulu. The number of samples taken as many as 129 nurses in Regional Hospital Dr. M. Yunus of Bengkulu. A sample of 104 responses were used in the analysis. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using mediated regression analysis. It was found that transformational leadership has positively impact on job performance, transformational leadership is positively effect organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positively impact job performance, and organizational commitment mediates the influence between transformational leadership and job performance.
