- Job satisfaction is the level of pleasure felt by an employee for his role or work in a company. Many factors can influence employee job satisfaction, including self efficacy and work environment. Self efficacy is the employee's confidence in his ability to carry out tasks, while the work environment is a condition around the workplace both physically and non-physically that can give the impression of fun, secure, and reassuring. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy and work environment on employee job satisfaction in the production section at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari Padang Jaya North Bengkulu. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The data collection technique uses angke self efficacy, work environment and job satisfaction with a Likert scale that is distributed to the sample of the research, namely all employees of the PT.Sandabi Indah Lestari product section The results showed that self efficacy had an effect on job satisfaction. Self efficacy of employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari is in the high category. This makes employees have a high value of self-confidence in their work and influence job satisfaction. The results also show that the work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction. A good physical and non-physical work environment has an influence on employee job satisfaction This shows that to improve job satisfaction it is necessary to increase employee self-efficacy and the company's work environment. Suggestions from this study should be PT.Sandabi Indah Lestari company can continue to improve and foster the value of employee self-efficacy, improve the lighting system in the office and improve company policy in increasing employee job satisfaction.
