- The purpose of this research is to know the impact of cash position (CP) debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) on dividend payout ratio (DPR), to know influence of cash position (CP) on dividend payout ratio (DPR) the influence of debt to equity ratio (DER) on dividend payout ratio (DPR) and to know the effect of return on assets (ROA) to dividend payout ratio (DPR). Hypothesis testing uses panel regression analysis because there are three independent variables. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis method. Hypothesis testing is panel regression analysis because composed of three independent variables. This hypothesis testing purpse to maesure intended to test whether there is of the overall independent variable to the dependent variable. Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets jointly significantly have influence the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The variable CP (Cash Position) has a significant positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not significantly influence the DPR (Dividend Payout Ratio). Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on the DPR (Dividend Payout Ratio).
